Before You Ask
Q: Do you ship outside of Colorado?
Yes! We ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. We don’t currently ship internationally, but it’s on the list.
Q: How hot are your hot sauces?
They range from friendly to ferocious. StrawMango Hot ’Cue is our most approachable — it’s fruity with a gentle kick. Vin de FOYFA will rearrange your afternoon. Each product page has a heat level indicator so you know what you’re getting into.
Q: Are your products gluten-free / vegan / allergen-friendly?
Many of our products are naturally gluten-free and vegan, but we make everything in a shared kitchen that handles common allergens. Each product page lists the full ingredient list. If you have a specific allergy or dietary concern, reach out to us before ordering and we’ll give you the details.
Q: Do I need to refrigerate your sauces?
Refrigerate after opening. Unopened bottles can be stored in a cool, dry place. Our hot sauces have a solid shelf life thanks to their vinegar and pepper content, but they’re always best fresh. You won’t have them long enough for it to matter.
Q: Can I visit or buy in person?
We don’t have a retail storefront (yet), but you can find us at local farmers markets and food events in the Colorado Springs area. Follow us on social media or sign up for the mailing list to find out where we’ll be next.
Q: Can I use your sauces in my restaurant?
We’d love that. Local chefs are already putting our sauces on their menus. See the Wholesale section above or email us at gringo@brokengringo.com and let’s talk.
Q: I have a sauce idea / collaboration idea. Are you open to that?
Always. Some of our best products came from conversations with neighbors, friends, and people with a good story. Reach out. The worst we’ll say is “not yet.”
Q: My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll replace it or refund it, no runaround. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
